"A Broad Foundation of Communications Experts"

December 2013

Join us at the Freezin' Season Jingle Mingle!

The Freezin' Season Jingle Mingle is an annual holiday event for the Oklahoma City Marketing and Communications community to get together for food, fun and networking while raising money for a great cause... The DREAM Fund (Dedicating Resources to Employees of Advertising and Media).

100% of the proceeds will go to this fantastic charity* that has helped our colleagues right here in Oklahoma.

This event features heavy hors d'oeuvres from Rococo served courtesy of The Golding Group, a cash bar and MANY wonderful surprises in addition to raffle items and a live auction to raise money (and awareness) for the DREAM Fund.

Another aspect of the Jingle Mingle is a coat drive. For each gently used coat you bring to the event, the SwagExperts at ROBYN will give you two extra raffle tickets (maximum 5 coats). That's a $10 value for each coat! The winter gear will be donated to the Salvation Army in Oklahoma City.

The Jingle Mingle is a cooperative effort presented by the AdClub, AMAOKC, IABC, PRSA and AWC for the enjoyment of everyone in the community. See you there!

"The Myths of Creativity"

Why are some people consistently creative and others strikingly unoriginal?  Why are exciting new ideas often met with lukewarm praise or critical response?  Why is it we're told to keep criticism out of generating ideas when some of the most creative companies in the world fight on a consistent basis?.
