The channel between China and the U.K. is shrinking as more Chinese investment pours into this key European market for technology startups. It's a sign of the times, as China capital increasingly goes outward, and to leading hubs such as London.
Chinese-backed Cocoon Networks has formed a new fund of $700 million-plus to invest in Tech City London and more. LendInvest has raised $34 million from a Chinese gaming company. Leaders of both firms are speaking at Silicon Dragon in London, Feb. 25.
