DCM and Beijing Shunwei Venture Capital put $12 million in online English site 51Talk, for a second round in the startup.

 

Tsing Capital, Oak Investment and Venrock invest $21 million in U.S. high tech firm Phononic.

 

Warburg Pincus and Goldman Sachs pump pre-IPO funding in e-Shang, a Chinese warehouse developer and operator.

 

IDG leads $10 million investment in Chinese finance mobile app Tongbanjie in a first round.

 

Legend Capital leads series A funding for VHall, an online conference service.
