Redcard Interface

HPS offers integration services with RedCard, a BPO company that provides data management and print and mail fulfillment services.

Recently, a number of our clients' portals have added the RedCard interface for online display of their EOBs; however, this interface can also allow for other functionality such as Online Remittance Advice (RAs) and Online ID Cards.

By integrating RedCard services with your web portal, your company can consolidate its plan management vendors online, ensure consistency between paper and electronic documents users see and strengthen its communication efforts.

Other Notable Enhancements
HPS has added a variety of new features to our clients' portals to enhance the user experience. Here's a look at what's new.
  • Control Panel Updates - To enhance portal security, HPS has added a new feature to the Control Panel when usernames and passwords are requested. Now when requests are made, usernames and passwords will not be sent in the same email.
  • Scheduling Reports in Classic Sites - With the new update, users must enter a password to access reports. Users are also able to schedule a report on behalf of someone else by modifying the "from" email address.
  • WalkingSpree Partnership - HPS and WalkingSpree have joined forces to get plan members moving more. More details to come!
  • Current Activity Report Clients can download a report of all current users into Excel. This report includes contact information, including email addresses, for those contacts. This report will enable clients to conduct targeted communications campaigns with stakeholders using the data from this report.
  • Personal Health Record (PHR) - Plan members can now organize all their healthcare documents in one place via the PHR. The PHR is like a "dropbox" for healthcare documents, allowing plan members to upload health records from doctors, prescription histories, lab results and other documents into their account. These documents can easily be shared with their doctor via the portal or by faxing them.
