Opportunities for Play November 17, 2015

Good morning,
Thank you all for your energy and investment in our Sprouting Melodies program. It is such a joy to share in meaningful music moments with you and your little ones. We know how important play is for young children's development, so we have recently started offering our music space free of charge for former and current Sprouting Melodies families to use as a play space on Tuesdays from 9AM-945AM. This benefit is a non-instructor led group for you and your little ones, ages 0-5, to play, explore, and use our instruments while socializing with other caregivers and Sprouting Melodies friends.
Enroll as you would for a Sprouting Melodies class online so that we can be sure not to overfill the room! Due to the size of the space, we limit enrollment to 15 children with a parent or caregiver. We have next week on the website open for sign ups, and will be adding more weeks to follow. You can sign up for one or several Tuesdays to reserve your spot! If you have a hard time enrolling online, please feel free to give Jen or Leslie a call in the office, and they would be happy to assist you.
Here is a link to a few resources, such as tip sheets and brochures, from Zero To Three on play with your children. There are some great reads on play and development, playing with babies, tips for what toys to use with toddlers, and playtime ideas.
