This July we are celebrating Sprouting Melodies' 6th birthday, and what an amazing six years it has been. Several of our current families have been making music with us since their children were newborns and are now enrolled in our Sprouting Melodies 4 class. We are excited to have shared so much growth with you!
When Meredith Pizzi first developed Sprouting Melodies, there was only one location where classes were provided. Three and a half years later, Elizabeth Schwartz and Meredith Pizzi founded Raising Harmony in order to train other Music Therapists in this model to support early childhood development, and to provide families with a supportive and nurturing music environment in which everyone learns and grows together. We have trained well over 100 Music Therapists around the United States and around the world, and now have programs running in 10 states!

If you did not already know, we do offer music-making birthday parties in your home, at our center in Melrose MA, or at a location of your choosing in the Greater Boston area.
We provide an interactive party that is facilitated to be developmentally matched to the birthday child and all of their family and friends. We can include older and younger guests as well as family and friends with a wide variety of skills and abilities. We also do birthday parties for older children and adults with disabilities, and help celebrate milestone birthdays for older family members. We celebrate birthdays from 1 year to 101! Ask us about our birthday party packages, and let us do the planning for you!
