Book Signing --The Sedona Hiking Guide Book: March 15 & 16 |
The Hike House is pleased to announce Sedona's newest hiking book by Greg Stevenson.
"The Sedona Hiking Guide Book" provides 2D shaded relief maps, over 120 images, trail data, driving map and the best trails in Sedona. The book will also introduce QR code technology that will take the reader to an online video of the trail set to music and commentary. 1st Friday Gallery Tour: April 5 |
Named the #7 Small Town Art Destination in 2012 by American Style Magazine, the Sedona Gallery Association represents the collaborative efforts of the premiere galleries in Sedona. Voted the favorite local event by the readers of Kudos, their 1st Friday Gallery Tour takes place each month from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Dancing in the Moonlight: April 20 |
The Verde Valley Sanctuary, a shelter for victims of family violence, will host its largest fundraiser of the year, Dancing in the Moonlight, on April 20 at 5:00 pm. The event takes place at Sky Ranch Lodge on Airport Mesa and includes drinks, dinner, an auction and dancing to the Latin rhythms of Cuban-American singer Mercy. Tickets are $100. Sedona Artists Hold 10th Annual Open Studios Tour: April 26-28 |
Artists will welcome the public into their studios on Friday thru Sunday, April 26 - 28. SVAC artists are from all over the Verde Valley working in the mediums of photography, jewelry, ceramics, painting and sculpture, to name just a few. Sedona mountain biking takes a huge step forward with the Forest Service approval of the Hangover Trail. Known for its jaw dropping views, slickrock steeps, and exposed traverses, the Hangover Trail is a perfect showcase of Sedona's unique terrain.
