1st Friday Gallery Tour:  December 7

Named the #7 Small Town Art Destination in 2012 by American Style Magazine, the Sedona  SGA  Gallery Association represents the collaborative efforts of the premiere galleries in Sedona.

 

Voted the favorite local event by the readers of Kudos, their 1st Friday Gallery Tour takes place each month from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. An evening of openings, special guests, artists receptions and celebrations the SGA tour is one of Sedona Arizona's "things to do." Visit SedonaGalleryAssociation.com.

 
Festival of LightsDecember 8

Boys with candlesFestival of Lights, also known as Luminarias, is a cherished tradition in Sedona which involves the lighting of 6,000 luminarias in Tlaquepaque's courtyards and walkways.  Holiday cheer and entertainment abounds with carolers, musicians, and dancers scheduled from 3:00 - 8:00 pm on December 8.  At dusk, everyone comes together to light the luminarias while enjoying apple cider and getting into the spirit of the season.  For more information, please visit Tlaq.com.

 
Christmas in the ParkDecember 8

A special old-time holiday experience at the Sedona Heritage Museum. Join us forSedona Heritage Museum Xmas  'Christmas in the Park', Saturday December 8, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm - all free. Live at SPAC concert series The Diamonds:  December 10

The DiamondsThe Sedona International Film Festival is proud to partner with the Sedona 30 and the National Performing Artists and Sedona Performing Arts Alliance for the "Live at SPAC" concert series at the Sedona Performing Arts Center. The second show in the 2012-13 series will be on Monday, December 10 featuring the number one doo-wop recording group of all times: The Diamonds, starring in "Silver Bells and Diamonds" - A Doo-Wop Holiday Musical Spectacular! Chakra Healing Arts:  December 12

Massage has made its way into Uptown with the added benefit of chakra balancing. Try it yourself on Wednesday, December 12 at the Grand Opening of the Chakra Healing Arts Center located on 207 N SR 89A. Chair and table massages will be offered at 15 minute intervals for $10 from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. Red Rock Fantasy:  Now through January 5

Red Rock FantasyJoin the thousands of families that make Red Rock Fantasy part of their holiday tradition. The 22nd Annual Family Holiday Light Festival includes 25 original displays, nearly one million lights, and a Dancing Lights Show. The route takes approximately 45 minutes to walk and is wheelchair accessible. Ballots are available to vote for your favorite display. Proceeds benefit nearly 24 regional service organizations. Adults: $5, Seniors: $4, Children 4-12 years: $2, Under 4 years: Free

Grand Canyon Railway's The Polar Express

Polar ExpressExperience the magic of The Polar Express and watch the holiday season come to life when the train departs the Depot in Williams, AZ for a journey to the "North Pole."
