I'm Thankful

RandyFor children who smile even when they have no front teeth.  For autumn, crisp evenings, "fires on the deck," and football in the afternoon. For the "Men's Club" and folks who feel like "dropping by." For the Big Green Egg. For patient and tolerant neighbors, especially those who are friendly. For football fans, good winners and losers . . . even in church. For David, and his great big grin after Auburn's "win."

For people who think positively, attend faithfully and give generously. For pound cakes. For Nancy and her delicious chocolate-chip cookies! For Miss Evelyn's caring friendship. For a kitchen crew that is totally amazing in all that they can do and for the way they do! For Ferrell, Jim, David, Craig, George, Ben, Karen, Randy, Debi and Dan . . . we would be lost without you.

For our choirs, choir leaders, orchestra and praise bands. For the lake, the seaside, the farm, the Rockies, cruises and great friends. For Mike and Med and clean bills of health! For our 35 Habitat Houses and those who give, run and build to make them happen. For time at the altar, pocket crosses, new life and tears of joy. For God's merciful gift named "Rocco." For a red Jeep and friends who keep it running. For four little guys who love Grandy and DeDe (especially DeDe) and their marvelous parents!

For the finest staff to be found anywhere! For their work ethic, compassion and humor.

For a faith that does not falter. For a church who loves so willingly and beautifully. For those under the bridges. For Sunday School teachers, life group leaders and Bible study leaders, their hard work and gentle love. For the one who said yes 41 years ago. For the late dinners she's kept warm (both of them!). For the warm kisses, "I'm glad I've got you and I love you."

For Mt. Bethel, your love for Christ and the many faithful ways you reflect it!

God Bless You and Happy Thanksgiving!

Randy

MUST Ministries could especially use our help finding gifts for tweens and teens. Suggestions are jewelry, sports equipment, make-up, blow dryers, and curling irons. Wallets, purses, fleeces, and hand-held games are also needed. Thank you in advance for your donation and making this Christmas a little brighter for someone else!
