United Methodist Children's Home

Every fall,  Mt. Bethel takes a special offering on behalf of the United Methodist Children's Home. They count on the generous giving from each of you to meet their expenses and to provide services.

This year, they are asking us to make the most generous offering you are able to make. Why? Because they have to turn away, on average, 15-20 children every single week due to lack of resources and lack of available foster families. Your generous donation allows them to recruit and train new foster parents; to feed, clothe, house, and educate the children and teens entrusted to their care; and to provide temporary housing for homeless families.

The Children's Home is not in the United Methodist Conference budget - they do not receive any of the churches' apportionments. They receive support directly from you and your church, and most of it is given during the month of September each year - during this special Children's Home Offering.

They are loving and responsible stewards of your money and your confidence, and take that responsibility very seriously. Please join us as we share God's Amazing Grace with the children and teens they serve by making your donation today. Make your check payable to Mt. Bethel and please write "Children's Home" on the for line.
