Monday, November 17: Marin County Housing Element. The County Planning Commission will consider changes to this critical part of the General Plan following its review by the State. Monday, November 17: Marin Sanitary Rate Structure. Attend this special City Council study session to view the results of the pilot study of new rates geared in part to encourage less 'waste' in San Rafael. It's an opportunity to provide input before the Council considers adoption of this year's revised rates, likely in December. 5:00 p.m., City Hall, 1400 Fifth Ave. (upstairs conference room). Check Agenda.
