Support Plastic Bag Ban at Council

Come support this important step towards Zero Waste as the San Rafael City Council considers certifying the EIR and adopting the ordinance prohibiting single-use carryout plastic bags in grocery stores and pharmacies--and a 10 cent per bag charge for paper bags.

If successful, the ban would extend to all retailers in a year.

7:00 pm
San Rafael City Hall
