Let us know how you feel

Your opinion is important to us. To help the Library assess customer satisfaction and help provide critical data for Mecklenburg County's Community & Corporate Scorecard, we're inviting you to take part in a short survey.

The survey is brief - it should take less than 5 minutes to complete - and asks you to rate your satisfaction and awareness with the Library. Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback on how we're doing.

Library's World Book Night touches the lives of many
As World Book Night celebrated its third year, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library was once again proud to be a part of this national literacy movement for people who do not consider themselves readers. On April 23, Shakespeare's birthday, 960 individuals in the Mecklenburg County area received free books from 48 willing volunteers. Said Librarian and WBN volunteer Alecia Mitchell, "I think I benefited more than those receiving the books. It felt so good... Many of them could not believe that the book was free!"
