What is ADVanced Insights?

ADVanced Insights is the merger of the Attribute Index, the DISC index and the Values Index (ADV). These three indexes, when combined into a single profile will give you terrific insight into the key motivational factors of a person's performance.

 

The Attribute Index measures how people think and make decisions while the Values Index measures motivational style and drivers. The DISC Index measures a person's preferred behavioral style. Together, these create the WHAT, WHY, and HOW of personal assessment.

 

Once you know these aspects of an individual, you have the key to understand:

 

  • WHAT natural talents they possess based on how they think and make decisions.
  • WHY they are motivated to use them based on their motivators and drivers.
  • HOW they prefer to use them based on their preferred behavioral style.

 

Once you understand these three factors you can lay the groundwork to use an individual's talents and motivational drivers to help that individual succeed.

 

 

 

The WHAT of Success

 

By understanding the what (Attribute Index) we can help a person gain insight into the way that person thinks. The Attribute index meets the strict standards for employee assessment referenced by the U.S. Federal Government Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

 

Validation has also been documented in the areas of Construct Validity, Concurrent Validity, Face Validity, and Predictive Validity.

 

The Values and DISC Indexes have also exceeded the standards set by the EEOC for validity and reliability.
