Hello :

How about those horrific traffic jams the last three weeks? Whew, it's sure a pleasure to finally have our usual not so busy streets back to some degree of normality. Don't get me wrong now; Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open, and Arabian Horse Show significantly benefit our community by generating revenue and exposure. However, going on simultaneously in the same area creates more than a little traffic and a lot of stress. More often than not I thought I was creeping along bumper to bumper in LA but without all the crazies.

Mighty Mouse At Sonoran we pride ourselves at being experts on almost all varieties of pests, including pesky mice. Well, I hate to admit this, but the sly little fella pictured here is very elusive and has out maneuvered us at every step. Recently we had a break by catching him red handed through a hidden video cam and are now on to his clever MO. As you can see the critter has figured out how to beat our high-tech traps and steal the gourmet cheese we use to entice him. But have no fear because we never give up the fight and will nail the rascal in the end.

Protect Your Family Against Scorpions: Warmer weather is just around the corner and with it comes more bugs, pests, and most significantly, scads of scorpions. To insure maximum protection and peace of mind against these ornery fellas we highly recommend an annual one-time application of our patented Kill Zone process in early spring then combining it with monthly maintenance. For the sake of brevity the two operate as follows:

  • The Kill Zone is a unique blend of sophisticated, highly effective and environmentally friendly products used to establish a protective border around the perimeter of your residence
  • Monthly maintenance includes reinforcing the protective barrier to maintain its integrity that is subject to being somewhat diminished over the course of Arizona's torrid summers

I'll be talking more about the Kill Zone next month but in the meantime if you have any questions about it please call me at the office.

Enjoy the pleasant weather while it lasts.

Your business is appreciated and will never be taken for granted.

Sincerely,

Bret
