Hello :

The excessive rain we've recently experienced has sparked a few calls regarding its effect on the integrity of the products we use monthly to protect you and your family from pests. This is certainly legitimate and I want to allay any concerns to your satisfaction today.

Product Integrity: The product we use is applied to designated targets. Its drying period is almost immediate during warmer weather and thereafter the spray turns into a countless number of water resistant micro encapsulated particles. In such state the product's integrity is fully preserved and its protective capabilities remain intact.

Broader Killing Area: This might sound ridiculous but the rain actually enables a broader range of protective coverage for your family. This is because it pushes the product that is now in particle form even deeper into tiny nooks and crevices where it can reach and kill the cleverest of pesky rascals.

I hope this is responsive to your concerns but don't hesitate to contact us with any questions on this or other matters.

Pest Glut: The unusual combination of heat, rain, and humidity in our area is also affecting the local array of pests. They're uncomfortable and on the move seeking more desirable digs. As a result we've experienced a significant increase in pest sightings, particularly scorpions, crickets, and spiders. As always, stay alert and away from these critters.

Service Techs: This might seem self-serving but hang with me here and you'll see that's not the case. I'm very proud of our service technicians, John, Jeremy, Chris, and Kevin for the consistent professionalism they provide their respective clients every day. Finding friendly conscientious individuals to perform pest control service and maintenance is no easy task and I hope you agree with me that our crew exemplifies the best in the business.

Off Road Motorcycle Racing: As most of you know my avocation and passion is off road motorcycle racing... yeah, even in my 50's the ole bug guy still gets after it over the rough, bumpy, and rocky terrain. The official racing season begins October 15th and I'm really geared up this year, particularly looking forward to beating the young bucks and showing 'em how it's done. My helmet has a built-in video cam so I can review thrills, spills, dumb mistakes, and most importantly, wins. Anyway, I'll post some of the more exciting action so you can get a feel for this grueling sport and think about my degree of sanity :-).

Your business is appreciated and will never be taken for granted.

Sincerely,

Bret
