Hello :

Hope all is well and you're settling in for another long hot summer. I'd like to quickly share some personal information with you today: your ole bug guy turned 55 on May 26th. Whew - time sure flies by and each year seems to go by faster. This reality hits hardest when I look at our daughter Lexi who is seven and remember that it was just yesterday when she was three - oh well!

Seriously, I'm in the best shape of my life and feel great. Three years ago I got fed up with feeling lethargic and looking kinda portly so I made a change of lifestyle. Long story short, I worked out strenuously at a fitness center with a trainer, changed my diet, and voila, a new and better me inside and outside.

To celebrate my 55th Cindy, Lexi, yours truly, and some relatives spent the long weekend at the Westin Scottsdale where we had a great time. The kids went wild with the various pool amenities while the adults kicked back, caught up on things, relaxed, and ate too much.

New Invoicing Information: Historically we have used snail mail to invoice clients who requested them to be sent to an address outside of the Phoenix area. Beginning this month we will be sending those invoices via email only. Invoices for local clients will continue to be delivered as usual unless we are notified that email is preferred.

All questions and concerns relative to invoices as well as other billing issues should be emailed to Cindy@sonoranpest.com .

Bugs & Pests: With the onset of June we're experiencing an unusually high number of calls relative to bug and pest sightings and annoyances. Specifically scorpions, spiders, pack rats, roaches, and snakes are out and about in abundance so be alert and extra careful, particularly if you're hiking. As always, don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns.

Client Services: We believe that our clients and the services we provide are the best, period. However, we always strive to improve and your input in that area will always be welcomed and appreciated, so don't be shy. At 55 your ole bug guy's skin has toughened up and my feelings won't be hurt... too much.

Stay hydrated, cool... and alert for nasty critters!

Sincerely,

Bret
