The simple fact is that the quality of service in any business can make or break the experience, and poor service generally results in a dissatisfied customer that doesn't return.
Quality of Service: The two major components of our business that control a client's satisfaction are service and results. We can control the desired result by properly using products purchased from the industry's leading manufacturers. However, while we strive for optimal client satisfaction, you ultimately judge the quality of our service and extent of being satisfied.

Improvement: Your objective feedback is very important in helping us improve our service so please don't be shy here. And don't worry about making the old bug guy feel bad. Believe me, your satisfaction will always trump my feelings.
