Hello :

Not surprisingly we're starting to receive more calls about scorpion sightings and that's because a new generation is being born daily... 'tis the season as I mentioned last month. As luck would have it our area is rife with scorpions and believe me, these ill-mannered rascals don't wait for an invitation before taking up residence in your home.

Folks that use our monthly maintenance services and want to further reduce the chances of scorpions residing in or around their homes are scheduling appointments for our patented Kill Zone™ process. This combination provides maximum protection for their families. At the risk of being redundant, albeit for good reason, let me briefly describe the process and its benefits then you can decide whether it makes sense for your family.

The Kill Zone™ Process: This is our patented technology that is constantly being enhanced with state of the art materials to provide the utmost protection from scorpions. Below is a brief description of' the product's content and application:

  • The product is a combination of materials that create a durable protective barrier against scorpions around your home
  • Ideally the process is applied annually during the start of the scorpions' breeding season from mid to late May depending on temperatures

Monthly maintenance reinforces the protective barrier to ensure its integrity through the harsh summer weather.

Cost: The process costs between $300 and $400 depending on home size, terrain, and conditions. At most this amounts to approximately $1.33/day, and well worth the expenditure for your family.

If the Kill Zone™ makes sense for your family click here to email me now to learn more about this effective process and schedule an appointment.

Africanized Killer Bees: These extremely dangerous critters also enjoy our area and are always seeking attractive places to locate a hive. If you see a hive or multiple bees buzzing around an area in your yard please don't fool with them. Call me asap to handle the matter.

Local Killer Bee Attack: Recently a hiker on a mountain in Tempe encountered a hive of these nasty creatures and had to be rescued by the fire department after being attacked. The rescue was successful but the individuals involved experienced multiple stings during the ordeal. Click here to view a video of the ordeal... and remember to be alert around your home and while hiking.

Enjoy these last few weeks of relatively mild weather.

Your business is appreciated and will never be taken for granted.

Sincerely,

Bret
