Commonwealth Brewery Ltd. pours imagination into two new non-alcoholic drinks
Commonwealth Brewery Limited, the company that is synonymous with Heineken and Kalik, raised their glasses to two new beverages this week, launching a non-alcoholic version of Kalik and a reduced calorie, fruit based natural malt soft drink. Both were unveiled at a customer and media event hosted by the nation's leading manufacturer and distributor of spirits, wines and beer at its 150,000 square foot brewery at Clifton Pier in Nassau.

Sparkle and Ali, Star and George - just a few of the beautiful pets available at the Humane Society of Grand Bahama
Over and over we hear, people just have no idea of the quality of dogs and cats at our shelter looking for forever homes. We are showcasing a few this week. But please know at any given time we have up to 200 dogs and puppies and up to 80 cats and kittens, all in need of homes. There is nothing wrong with these pets! They ended up in our shelter through no fault of their own, and honestly, the public is really missing out on some amazing animals by not checking us out!

Ali the pitcake was found by us three years ago running down GB Highway. We suspect she had been dumped. This little dog is the most amazing dog ever. She goes with us on school visits and loves to give kisses to all the students. When she gets tired of giving kisses she flops over for belly rubs. She is only about 40 lbs. She is long overdue for a home of her own.

At the Movies - Avengers: Age Of Ultron

The tagline for this movie: A New Age Begins. When the benefactor of a superhero team attempts to start a global peacekeeping program using an experimental artificial intelligence, it is up to that superhero team to stop it when it goes out of control. In the process each member must come to grips with their own greatest fear while combating new powered beings who do not see them as heroes but as villains.

This is quite the way to end Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and as we move into Phase 3 with the next batch of movies I can only imagine the wonders they have in store for us. Joss Whedon shows that he is the man for the job when handling this many personalities in one big superhero movie and even though this movie is not as streamlined as the first Avengers motion picture because of all the plot threads it has to tie up from other films while laying groundwork to set up plot threads which will pay off in new movies I have to admit that the action scenes in this film are something to behold.
