After a long, cold winter, spring has come. It is good to see the crocus and the tulips appear. This is one of the first signs of warmer weather. We can enjoy more light, shed heavy clothing, and spend time outside.

Chiron, the Wounded Healer, is highlighted this month in combination with three strong outer planets. It is possible for relationship fears to arise, relating to the fear of control, imposed by you or another. Either situation is difficult, depending on your past experiences and/or early childhood wounding.
There is a great call for change upon us now, both individually and culturally. The fear of change is another significant factor in this month's astrology. We might hold on to dysfunctional situations just to avoid the uncertainty of a unknown future.

To get some control back, use this exercise when you feel the fear coming on: force yourself to be in the present by focusing on your five senses. Name the sights, sounds, smells, and so on. Concentrating on your immediate surroundings should put the brakes on racing thoughts and put your feet back on solid ground.
