HRC is pleased to congratulate all participants of our 10 WEEKS to WOW weight loss challenge. The group of 20 participants lost over 264 lbs and 31.36% of body weight. Our overall team winner lost a total of 86 lbs. and 10.15% of body weight and our Biggest Loser, Paul, lost 17.06% of body weight! WOW! HRC Trainers Mike Kloepping and Sean Fagan worked with many of our participants in small groups to help them achieve this success. Participants also met with our wellness coach Chef Guddia and attended motivational meetings/food prep demonstrations.
Prizes were won by teams and individuals at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 10 weeks. Prizes included Personal Training Sessions, Shakes from BOOST Cafe and Shakes, gift cards to Petrock's Bar and Grill, dinner for 4 prepared by our professional Chef, and our Grand Prize-a one year individual membership to HRC Fitness.
