Tip from the Vault
If you're thinking of forming a business around your great new idea, you'll want to get a business checking account for it too. When you do, ask the banker to also set you up with a secured credit card in the business name. Usually a small amount, $250-$500.
Use 20-35% (no more, no less) of the limit each month and pay it off on time. You'll quickly be building the company's all-important credit from day 1.
