Feature project of the Month
Broadbent Business Center
 The feature project for this month is the transformation of four large building exteriors at the Broadbent Business Park, a project that we are very proud of. We worked with Julie Baldridge, Director of Property Management at Grubb and Ellis New Mexico (the building's property management company), to transform the entire look of the complex. We removed the old failing paint from the walls, patched and repaired the damaged concrete and sealed the cracks with an elastomeric sealant. Once the buildings were prepared we applied two coats of exterior acrylic paint to the walls and restriped the accents. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE A COAT OF PAINT CAN MAKE!!!!!
The tenants and owners are thrilled with the new look.
