Partners in Education
As we enter the second marking period and trimester of the school year, it is a great time to focus on the importance of family involvement in our students' continued educational success. The research is clear, consistent, and timeless on the benefits of having strong connections between our schools and families. The Wayne Valley National Honor Society runs a free after school tutoring program for all schools within the district. This program, Kids Helping Kids, is held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:00 to 4:30 every week at the Wayne Public Library. Your child will be paired with a NHS student.
The 5th grade students from Packanack, Randall Carter and Ryerson enjoyed coming together at Fairview Lake in Stillwater NJ for this year's three day, two night outdoor encampment experience.
