Social Media Stay Connected Via Social Media
In the spring of 2012, the district launched its social media campaign as an alternative means of connecting and communicating with all members of the school community and beyond. To date, we have over 770 followers on Twitter, more than 1000 page likes on Facebook, and hundreds of posts on each of the sites. More significantly, as a result of the power of the social network, we have been able to connect with thousands of people through this medium as a result of people sharing, retweeting, etc.

No longer can we dismiss these communication tools as fads or something to be used by a younger generation. Everyone from prominent politicians, celebrities and news outlets have turned to social media as a way to provide real time information to a wide audience.

Wayne Hills and Valley Football Game The Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley football game will take place at Wayne Hills on Friday, September 20. At the game we will also have an appearance by the "Join the Huddle" tour, the first-ever mobile tour associated with a Super Bowl.

Activities will be offered both inside and outside a "Huddle Shuttle" mobile structure. The inside portion will include a replica stadium locker room with NY Jets, NY Giants, Super Bowl, and Vince Lombardi memorabilia, as well as a Vince Lombardi Trophy Room ...

 		Children's Cultural Workshop

Childrens Cultural Workshop The Children's Cultural Workshop is a cooperative non-profit program under the auspices of the Wayne Council of PTOs. Classes are offered in a wide range of interests for children pre-school age through middle school.

They offer three sessions per school year. The Fall and Winter sessions are 8 weeks each and the Spring session is for 6 weeks.

Registration for the Fall 2013 session will be held at Schuyler-Colfax Middle School on Monday, September 16, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM and on Monday, September 23 ...
