Vacation Bible School Supply Day/Dessert Auction
This Sunday, June 2
On June 2, we will be presenting two different opportunities to donate to this year's VBS. During the 9:30am service on June 2, we will announce the supplies that we need for VBS so people can volunteer to bring them. Then, after the 11:00am service, we will have our annual dessert auction. Everyone from the first service is welcome to bake for the dessert auction or come back to purchase desserts if they choose. Build the Dream
Sunday, June 2
The first Sunday of every month is Dream Sunday. On this day, we focus on giving to our building fund. Pray what God would have you give.
Bacon Wrapped Men's Breakfast
Saturday, June 15
All men are invited to this breakfast at 9:00am in the DCC Student Center. Tickets are available at the resource table for $10 each and the guest speaker will be Herbert Perry, former Gator Great and MLB Player. We will also have ladies serve the men at this breakfast. If you are available to serve, please contact the church office at 352-472-3284. There will not be childcare at this event.

That Awkward Moment
Begins Wednesday, June 5
God's Word is amazing, beautiful and confusing all at the same time. As we read it and seek to understand it, there are some genuinely awkward moments. During this series we will focus on some of these stories, but along the way we will discover that the Bible is truly our source of strength, comfort, encouragement and advice. Wednesdays in June at 7:00pm in the DCC Student Center.

Base Camp: Get Ready with the Basics
June in Destiny Kids and Blitz
These are the basics: Wisdom, Faith and Friendship. When we return to these ideas, we begin to discover what God is doing in us to change the world around us. This summer we're heading back to Base Camp to learn from the life of Jesus. The monthly memory verse is: "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and men," Luke 2:52. Destiny Kids is offered for grades K-5th on Sundays during our Worship Services in the DCC Student Center and Wednesdays at 7:00pm in the OVMS Gymnasium.

June in Lil' Sproutz and Lil' K
God made everything. Everything! Pretty exciting, isn't it? It's that excitement, wonder and awe that we want to share with our preschoolers this month. Everywhere they look, everything they smell, the grass under their feet-it's all made by God. Each week this month, our preschool friends will hear about another part of creation. Lil' K (ages 2-5) and Lil' Sproutz (ages 0-1) are offered Sunday Mornings during our worship services and Wednesday nights at 7:00pm.

Bridge Bowling Night
Saturday, June 8
All young adults are invited to go bowling at Splitz Bowling Center at 6:00pm. The cost is $12 per person and includes two hours of bowling and shoes. Please RSVP on the Facebook event or to Alexis Meacham at 352-472-3284.
Bridge Bible StudySunday, June 30
All young adults are invited to this discussion based Bible study led by Pastor Andrew at 6:30pm in the DCC Student Center. We will go out to eat at Pollo Tropical after the Bible study.
