About the dedication: The Reflection Garden is the result of a major collaborative effort that was initiated 3 years ago during the redesign of the SEEDS gardens. The Reflection Garden provides a tranquil space to reflect on the people in our lives, helping us to connect to and engage with our community. The Museum of Durham History, through its History Grove Project, is encouraging appreciation of Durham's rich past and building neighborhood pride by creating special History Grove spaces that celebrate the people and places that make Durham so special. Bekah has been selected as an honoree in a History Grove to be placed in the SEEDS Reflection Garden. A plaque and bench recognizing Bekah will be placed by our new pond in the Reflection Garden. (Beth El had worked on the pond last year.)
