Meet La Bomze!
My name is Laila Grace Bomze, but everyone calls me Lala or La. I am in 8th grade at Voyager Acacemy Middle School and I would like to share a school project from last year to tell you about myself.
I am from Shabbat on Friday nights and cinnamon rolls on Saturday morning. I'm from Jewish sleep away camp. I am from a family who spends Chanukah together each year. I am from (pesadik) coffee cake and beef bacon on Passover Shabbat morning.
I am from biking down to the Eno and swimming n the cold seaweedy water and going hiking in the mountains. I am from Myrtle Beach with close friends. I am from the field in my neighborhood where all the kids play. I am from driving across the country one summer. I am from chickens laying eggs behind our house.
I'm from fighting with my brother. I'm from cheerleading on the school team. I am from collecting snow globes from all of the trips that I have gone on. I am from wearing collared shirts and khaki's to school. I am from watching my brother's boring soccer games. I am from my frog Shaina, who is 8 years old. I am from my dog jumping in to the lake after me. I am from my dad rescuing a kitten from under a car. I am from my mom having cancer when I was young. I am from a horse bite at summer camp.
I am a pink loving, cinnamon roll eating, 12 year old Jewish princess!
