Lifting 'Up' Jesus and the Cross in all the World
#ArapahoeHigh School Shooting, I got a text telling me about the shooting. We phoned our daughters school nearby to check on her. We had to act. We put the cross in our car, drove near school. Bolted cross together and carried it to nearby ch
urch, parents were waiting for their children. Gave out Palm of the Hand cards and blessed the long lines of people. Many hugging us and the cross and crying and praying. On to the street in front of school. Prayed with people there including students. Prayed with two friends concerned for their friend, then he came out and they brought him to us and we all thanked God. He invited Jesus to be his Savior. I've had to comfort many in America and around the world in tragic conditions. Jesus cares but the cure is us sharing Jesus with others that they can know Him and be filled with love and peace and have changed hearts. So many dozens of people were thanking us for bringing the cross and Jesus and love and blessings and prayers. Lets pray for the injured, hurting and shaken students and families in South Denver. This is our home area too. It was very sad to have to go and minister at another shooting. We have been in so many wars and been with the hurting and suffering people of the world. Yet to go to people and touch them and love then and pray and comfort people is our mission and bring hope and salvation. The cross is a mobile church. May we all renew our commitment to obey Jesus and GO. Sharing love and salvation in Jesus our Lord. Pilgrim followers of Jesus, Arthur and Denise Blessitt, Luke 18:1 #thecross www.blessitt.com
