Greetings!
One of the most gratifying parts of my job is to help celebrate the start or completion of affordable housing developments. I have had the good fortune to attend five of the six ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings held at our properties over the past five months - from Chicago to Connecticut to Cape Cod, MA. Each has been unique in its setting, reflecting the geography and culture of its community. But one thing they all shared in common was the great sense of hope and excitement among our residents, supporters, investors, public officials and staff.
We look forward to meeting the ever-expanding numbers of affordable housing supporters in this country who have partnered with us to create and preserve more than 8,700 apartments in 9 states and the District of Columbia.
