We are still accepting proposals for organizations interested in serving as a regional Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for the SBDC Services in Siskiyou County, please read below for more information on how to submit a proposal.

Staying Profitable with the Changing Business Environment

The Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) is hosting a workshop on the California Competes Tax Credit. Small, medium, and large businesses are encouraged to attend the workshop and receive instructions on how to apply for this tax credit program.
What is the Credit?
The California Competes Tax Credit (CCTC) is an income tax credit available to businesses that want to locate in California or stay and grow in California.
Who Can Apply?
Any business can apply for the CCTC and there are no geographic or sector-specific restrictions that impact eligibility. In addition, twenty-five percent of the total credits available each fiscal year are specifically reserved for small businesses.

Northeastern California Small Business
Development Center (SBDC)
Siskiyou County.
The CSU, Chico Research Foundation and the Northeastern California Small Business Development Center (NEC SBDC) are initiating the process of requesting proposals from qualified organizations to serve as a regional Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for the
SBDC Services in Siskiyou County.
This is a competitive grant program. Proposals are due July 29, 2016.
