Director's Corner
|
Dear ,
2013 is getting off to a great start. So far, the small business owners I've spoken with are very optimistic about the outlook for the year, and many of the economist agree. So far, the stock market is agreeing with both of them. To kick off the year, the Northeastern California SBDC program has a number of exceptional workshops scheduled to help businesses prepare and manage growth in 2013. In particular, we have a special workshop series kicking-off in Sacramento, sponsored by KIMCO. The series is entitled KEYS: a concentrated Business Boot Camp Program for Qualified Entrepreneurs. Click here for more information. Stockton will be hosting a workshop series on Financial Boot Camp for Business Owners: Managing Your Finances for Business Success. The workshop series will be held on Tuesdays, from 2-4 pm, February 5 - March 5, 2013. Click here for more information.
Sincerely,
Dan Ripke

The most active firm was Accel Partners, and the most active "angel" investor was 500Startups' Dave McClure (although he's really a VC and doesn't angel invest anymore).
Here are the rest of the findings, below: READ MORE
