Nashville Singers Team Wins Top Honors for Fundraising at Hip Donelson Bowl Benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters

The Hip Donelson Bowl was held on Sunday afternoon at Donelson Bowl to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. Corporate sponsors included Smart Space and Bar-B-Cuties. When the dust settled, the team from the Nashville Singers won top honors for fundraising, raising $644.00. Kudos to Larry Bain, Tim Mullican, Cathryn Muniz, Bryan Patrick, Harlan Wilson, Sandy Wilson and Todd Wilson for supporting such a great cause.

   We Get Mail

The Nashville Singers had the distinct pleasure of being called on to perform the Star Spangled Banner at a naval officer commissioning ceremony for Chief Warrant Officer Evans in Smyrna on October 18th.

We received the following note this week...

OH WOW!

Tim and Todd,

I'm just speechless....

The performance of the National Anthem was inspiring, beautiful, and honored our Nation and the Navy like no other!

Several attendees wanted to know if you performed locally, so I gave them your contact info.

Again, a stellar performance and I couldn't be happier.

Thank you for showcasing your incredible talent at my commissioning ceremony.

Well Done.

Very respectfully,

Chief Warrant Officer Evans, USN
aka, Patti

The Nashville Singers organization is one of our distinguished choral mentors. This is also the group  that has provided outstanding a cappella workshops that MET Singers attended. The most recent session was with the internationally-famous composer and arranger, Dr. KIrby Shaw, at Lipscomb University. Nashville Singers' concerts have quickly become a regional family tradition! - Margaret Campbelle-Holman, Executive Director of Choral Arts Link
