Last year, when one of our customers needed a machine right away, the best solution was to offer them the K15 CNC that we had ordered for our Demo Center. 
 
At the time, that left us with no machine for the Center. Now, I am happy to announce that we have just completed the installation of a new K15 CNC in our Demo Center here in Portsmouth.
 
I think the new Demo Center and our growing new product offerings reflect our commitment to providing the best products and support to our customers.

K15 CNC Installation

K15 CNC - now up and running!

 

The Demo Center now has available a new ten-station four-color K15 CNC controlled universal screen printing machine. The installation will demonstrate the machine's capabilities and provide hands-on training for operators.

  

The innovative K15 is equipped with complete CNC-functionality and prints to the highest standard on any product shape or form -round, oval, square, or flat. It is also outfitted with UV dryers and screen heaters for thermoplastic inks. The flexible handling system allows for both vertical and horizontal infeed and outfeed of articles. Set-up times are extremely short.

It illuminates the article with IR light sources eliminating the lighting optimization issues that complicate system set-up.

Creates a chemical, highly reactive, bond-enhancing layer on glass surfaces to improve adhesion of UV inks.
