Lead poisoning presents with very non-specific symptoms such as abdominal pain, constipation, irritability, anemia, difficulty concentrating and especially in children, developmental delays, learning difficulties and vomiting.  Although it seems to be more prominent in children than in adults, repeated slow exposure in adults can also be very critical.
