Welcome to our September 2013 Newsletter! HAPPY LABOR DAY!

HOLIDAY REMINDER: The studio will closed on Monday, September 2nd in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. Classes will resume on Tuesday. Monday classes will be extended one additional week of the session for makeup classes.

Summer is officially and the kids are back in school... Dance & Artistic Expressions Studio would like to wish all of our kids a successful school year! You will be happy to know that we have restarted our "Dance 4 Kids" After School Program!!! The program will start when our next session begins on September 23rd, more information is listed below, REGISTER EARLY- limited space available!

Our September/October session begins September 23rd and goes through Nov. 3rd!

MEMBERS: need to register for classes by September 9th so that we may finalize classes for the upcoming session and get a total headcount. You may put a deposit down to reserve your classes and pay the remaining balance by the 1st week of class, if you need this option please contact us or come into the studio by the 9th.

We understand that sometimes we send out multiple emails, but we must keep our members updated on studio events, workshops & class updates. Please be sure to check any updated emails in regards to Updates, Registration, & Monthly Newsletters to stay informed. 1ST SATURDAYS LATIN MIX PARTY-SEPTEMBER 7TH!

Join Baltimore Salsa Dance Company for another 1st Saturday Latin Night on Saturday, September 7th, 2013!

Plenty of Latin music (Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, Bachata), with a splash of Reggaeton, Club Mix and a few line dances to keep the party jumping!!!! DJ Willie will be playing the hottest music all night! We will throw a few games/contests out there to add even more fun to the night!

All are welcome, Singles, Couples, & Families encouraged! Hope to see you there!!!

***SOME CLASSES ARE PENDING REGISTRATIONS, ALL CLASSES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 MEMBERS ENROLLED IN ORDER FOR THE CLASS TO BE HELD.

DROP-IN CLASSES BY RSVP ONLY (Effective Immediately)

All students, both members and non-members must RSVP for all drop-in classes. This is effective immediately in order to prevent instructors from coming to classes without knowing if there will be students in the class or not.

"DANCE 4 KIDS" AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM:

Our "Dance 4 Kids" Program is back!!! We are happy to be able to offer this program again and ran a successful program when we held it previously! Program starts on September 23rd and goes through the remainder of the school year until June 13th and finishing with a performance at our Annual Dance Recital or June 14th/15th.

The program will run Monday through Friday from 3pm-6pm.

***Transportation is available within a 5 mile radius of our studio. Pickup is available from the child's school, daycare, or home. Pickup Transportation is provided at the cost of $10 per day or $25/week added onto the cost of the program. Pickups will start at 2:30pm and go till 4pm. If Drop-off Transportation is needed, add an additional $5 to the costs above per day.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE:

3pm-3:45pm: Children start arriving...homework/study time... assistance from staff available and included

3:45pm-4:30pm: 1st class (Classes vary depending on age, days, times- please view schedule)

4:30pm-4:45pm: 15 minute break -snack provided

4:45pm-5:30pm: 2nd class

5:30pm-6:00pm: Freeplay...Parents pick up by 6pm!

ENROLLMENT OPTIONS: (4 OPTIONS TO ENROLL)

Enroll your child into the full program (Mon-Fri)
Enroll by the day or days (Example: Your child can only do Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Enroll by the class
Drop In to a class

PROGRAM COSTS:

Total Tuition for the program is based on the enrollment options listed above.

1) Entire Program (Sept. 23rd- June 13th): Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm

Cost: $2800.00 (based on 28 weeks of instruction) plus $35 Annual Membership Fee (does not apply to current members)

Payment Options:

Tuition Payment in full (15% off discount): $2380

Half Tuition Payment (10% off discount): $2520. *Half due upon registration of $1260, the other half may be split up into 6 monthly installments of $210 due on the 15th of each month with the 1st monthly payment due by November 15th.

Monthly Tuition (5% off discount): $2660. *1st payment due upon registration of $300, the remaining tuition to be paid in 8 equal monthly payments of $295 per month due on the 15th of each month beginning on October 15th.

Weekly Tuition (Mon-Fri): $100/per week due every Monday.

2) "By The Day" Program : 3pm-6pm (Choose days between Mon-Fri)

Cost: $30.00 per day plus $35 Annual Membership Fee (does not apply to current members)

To register choose the days that you would like your child to attend and pay by the number of days. The same discounts apply as above. Must come into the studio to register.

Tuition Payment in full (15% off discount): $$$ depends on the number of days

Half Tuition Payment (10% off discount): $$$$ depends on the number of days *Half due upon registration,the other half may be split up into 6 monthly installments due on the 15th of each month with the 1st monthlypayment due by November 15th.

Monthly Tuition (5% off discount): $$$ depends on the number of days *1st monthly payment due uponregistration, the remaining tuition to be paid in 8 equal monthly payments due on the 15th of each monthbeginning on October 15th.

Weekly Tuition (Mon-Fri): $$$$ per week depends on the number of days chosen. Payments are due everyMonday.

3) "By The Class" Program : (based on 12 weeks of instruction)

Cost: $125 per 12 week session. plus $35 Annual Membership Fee (does not apply to current members)

Choose the class (or classes) that you would like for your child to sign up for the entire 12 week session. Must come into the studio to register.

Pay in full: $125.00
Monthly: 2 equal monthly payments of $62.50

4) Drop-In Class:

Cost: $15/ non-members or $12/members

*Payment due at the time of the class.

Want to continue taking classes, but the money is a little funny? We now offer special payment options! Class tuition may be spread out over 2-4 equal payments depending on the options chosen. Payment coupons are issued with due dates for each payment. A $10 convenience fee is applied when choosing this option. There is a $5 late charge added per week past the payment arrangement due date. Members that have not completed final payment by the 4th week of the current session will be put on a "Hold" Status and will not be able to attend any classes until the final balance is received.

BILLING REMINDER TO CURRENT MEMBERS:

4th Week Billing for the upcoming September/October session was due August 26th. If you are not on auto-billing please remember to include a $5 convenience fee to your payment. Thank you.

STUDIO T-SHIRTS/UNIFORMS: New Members: If you have not received your studio T-shirt or uniforms yet, please stop by the front desk so that we may take care of you!

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR CLASS?:

Members be sure to register for classes above if you plan on changing your class style or the day/time...please view our new schedule to view any class day/time changes. You may also come into the studio to change your class by requesting an Add/Change/Drop Form, or download it below. This form may also be used to upgrade or downgrade your membership levels:
