Completing PMs on time not only helps to avoid costly repairs down the line, to keep equipment running in the safest and most efficient condition, to maximize asset uptime and to extend asset life, but also is often required by upper management and third-party auditors.

For a quick overview of how well the maintenance department is sticking to the PM schedule, run the KPI for Percent PMs Completed On Time versus PMs Completed Late. KPI functionality is only available in FaciliWorks 8i Enterprise.

On the Dashboard, click the KPI icon:

The KPI charts open in a separate window; scroll to the last of the four charts: Percent PMs Completed On Time vs. PMs Completed Late

Within that chart, click the Filter icon:

In the ensuing filter window, define the date range for this KPI and then click the Filter button.
The KPI chart is displayed:
