The new automatic email events include 33 triggers and 4 reports. The reports include advanced notifications and overdue listings; the triggers range from assigning a PM or creating a PO to completing a work order and signing a record. Each trigger can have as many email rules as needed, which can include reminders, attachments and status updates for any need-to-know personnel. Automated email communication of this depth throughout your organization will improve accountability and compliance, maximize productivity and allow better tracking of work to be done.

FaciliWorks 8i now allows you to attach instance-specific documents to work orders and preventative maintenance records, such as the asset's warranty or service contract information, manuals, photos or special handling instructions. You can have all the information at your fingertips in the WO or PM without having to reference the asset record.

ENHANCED VALIDATION TRACEABILITY
Ultimate Tracking for Regulatory Compliance

The enhancements made to the FaciliWorks 8i validation experience include ultimate tracking of changes made to assets, tasks, work orders and preventative maintenance records, as well as audit trail investigation and reporting. The new traceability reports are optimized for columnar format, viewing in HTML or PDF and exporting to Excel. Each report opens in a separate browser window, so multiple reports can be open at once for easy reference. This level of traceability will ensure documentation accuracy and preparedness for successful future audits.
