FaciliWorks 8i has a new scheduling feature to help you quickly and easily balance the work load among your resources. This feature includes a Drag & Drop Scheduler View and a Calendar View.

Use the drag & drop Scheduler View to assign PM/WO completion dates and assign/reassign PM and WO events to any staff member on any day.

 

The Calendar View displays PMs that are open or are considered to be future iterations, based on the projected due dates (per the frequency of the PM task), helping you plan on when PMs should come due based on iterative PM projections, decreasing the likelihood of a week that is overloaded with too many PMs.

 

FaciliWorks 8i now allows for various fields to be marked as required, thus preventing the entry of incomplete PM, WO and asset records.

The new KPI graphs can be filtered by various criteria such as date range, asset type, priority and specific asset ID(s), depending on the graph. You can expand the view of a KPI, print the KPI, export the raw data that was used to calculate the KPI and rearrange the display of the KPIs.



The new KPI graphs are:

• Mean Time between Failures (MTBF)
• Assets with Highest Downtime for WOs
• Top 10 Assets with Most Work Orders
• Percent PMs Completed on Time vs. Completed Late

FaciliWorks 8i Mobile CMMS provides an extra layer of flexibility by allowing technicians to enter any and all information about preventative maintenance, work orders and meter readings on a mobile device as the work is being performed, eliminating redundancy, minimizing errors and saving time and effort.



With smart filters, simplified menus and data summaries, the technician can filter for records by pertinent criteria and access the necessary associated task, labor, part, tool, contractor, procedure and checklist details and even create work orders on the fly.

FaciliWorks 8i's Enhanced Reports are optimized for columnar format, viewing in HTML or PDF and exporting to Excel to support ad-hoc reporting for advanced users. Each user can save his/her own favorite reports to the dashboard for quick and easy access. Each report opens in a separate browser window, so multiple reports can be open at once for easy reference.  

 

Without warranty tracking, significant amounts of time and money are being wasted shuffling through cumbersome paperwork to figure out types of warranties, expiration dates and coverage or even wasting money on in-house parts and labor that would be covered. In FaciliWorks 8i, upon the creation of work orders, preventative maintenance orders and service requests and on the asset's main record, you will see an on-screen alert (red icon in image below) as to the status of the asset's warranties, ensuring you take advantage of all warranty benefits. You can even scan your warranty paperwork and attach the file to your asset record.
