Here is your JB Linear Monthly Freebie.
This month's free sheet music is a set of my favorite scale warmups. This is what I use to get my fingers and embouchure going each time I play. In the download you will get the versions for flute/oboe/sax, clarinet, and bassoon. By playing through the scales, you will find yourself playing in various modes, each with its own fingering issues.

New download set up for multiple files - Network Solutions, who is the commercial website provider used at www.music4woodwinds.com, now allows more than one file to be sent to a sheet music buyer. Yea! You can now download the parts and audio files for Intonation Technique for Clarinets and for the 25 Hymns book for woodwind duets. And, Len Anderson's jazz pieces now include the accompaniments, too. No more waiting for it to come in the mail!
This will also allow the addition of audio files to be sent with the sheet music for playalong opportunities.
Here is a playalong example from one of the previous newsletter freebies: Allegro from Handel's Concerto Grosso #3 for woodwind duets. These are for C, Bb, Eb, and bass clef instruments. The playalong file is the 2nd part (bassoon) and has a 4 beat count off and the 1st measure is silent since the 1st part plays alone in that measure. Try it!
