The 2014 Girl Scout Cookie Program will be here before
we know it!

In fact, training starts next week. Make sure you have submitted your Cookie Program Intent Form to receive your complete training schedule. If you have turned in your Intent form, but haven't signed up for training, please do so as soon as possible. Signing up for training is easy--just contact the Product Program Manager in your area.

A Lifetime of Experience
More than anyone, you and your girls know that selling Girl Scout Cookies is way more than just handing over a box in exchange for $3.50.  Selling cookies is about learning skills essential to success and to life; goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics.  These 5 key skills are a girl's building blocks for a lifetime of confidence and success.

Flexibility for Troops and Families
Troops can customize the Girl Scout Cookie Program to fit their needs. Girl Scouts have the option of selling cookies via direct door to door sales, by using the traditional order card, selling at Cookie Booths or any combination of the above. If you are a parent/guardian, you are an integral part of your daughter's success! Find out more about Girl Scout Cookies in our new Family Guide.

Recognition Program 4 Girls
Girl Scout Cookie recognitions are FUN and girls really enjoy earning them! Recognitions are cumulative and based on the total packages sold throughout the entire program. Girls have the option of choosing from the recognition item offered at each level OR choosing Cookie Dough. Cookie Dough may be redeemed for any council sponsored program, camp, travel or destination (excluding required cash deposits); or for purchases in any Juliette's Boutique or camp trading post, statewide.

Please keep in mind that Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska Cookie Dough is non transferable, not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to pay national membership dues, and cannot be used with our online program registration system.

Troops may choose to receive an additional $.10 per package in troop profit ($.60 total) by "Opting Out" of receiving any of the cumulative recognition items or Cookie Dough. A signed 2014 Cookie Program Opt Out Contract is required. Details are provided at training.
