Monday was my first full day to work my eBay business.  Both kids started school in Charlotte and after walking them in and running a few errands I got a lot done.  My wife has volunteered me for 2 hours at my daughters school tomorrow so my work week is already being broken up.  On another front I think we've found a GS troop for Sophia so things are coming together.
Vintage Boy Scout Memorabilia Up First
I was able to walk into the Occoneechee TOR last weekend with a very significant collection that I just picked up on the way there.  I counted about a dozen collectors who got needs out of this collection during the weekend.  If you collect Lodge 104 shoot me an email to [email protected] and I'll send you a PDF of what I have available.
Order of the Arrow Auctions Live on eBay
Monday I found the box that has my OA name/number collection in it and I started working on a needs list.  Oh man that is a long list!  I've got over 200 needs on this collection that I started in 1997 and have slowly chipped away at over the years.  I know I've got some recent pick ups hiding in a Rubbermaid tote that will push me a little further along.
Scouting Auctions Ending Soon on eBay
Has this ever happened to you?  Got an email Monday PM from a collector that got me excited.  So today I've emailed (using 2 email addresses) called and texted all with no response. I'm thinking of using smoke signals next in an attempt to get up with this collector.  He stated his wife reads my newsletter so if you know that your husband always keeps his phone turned off then ask him to get up with me. :)

Tonight on eBay I've got nearly 100 auctions ending featuring Jamboree items mostly from 2005.  I'm working my way through a sort that I did a while back on my dupes.  Hopefully after volunteering at school today I can some new auctions ready to launch.
I brought home a lot of cloth from the TOR and I can't wait to dive in.  Both collections were heavy on North Carolina OA so you know I'm chomping at the bit to spread it all out on a table.

Yours in Scouting,
