I took the Girl Scouts on a day trip Sunday so we could do some outdoor cooking. Among the things we learned was how to make cornbread in an orange peel over the coals. I had cooked hamburger meat over coals as a boy but never used the idea to wrap the orange as a mold with tinfoil and bake something in it.
