There are some great auctions in this issue to kick off your weekend. Last night I took part in my school's Fall Carnival and manned the "Pie Thowing" booth. I think once in your life everyone should be the target of little kids and pies thrown at your face. I can scratch that off my bucket list. Enjoy!
Vintage eBay Boy Scout Auctions This Weekend
There are some nice sashes at the top of the issue including the Air Scout sash listed in the right nav bar. The MBs aren't too fancy but a lot of people like those baby blue sashes. The one listed below in this block has a neat mix of Air Scout, Explorer and other misc badges sewn on it. Vintage 1940s for sure! The 1st Class Scribe is a beauty. Maybe one day I'll tackle those combo rank monsters.
The Indian Drum Vigil Vigil Necklace pictured below is one of those pieces that probably has a limited interest for people outside the lodge but is still way cool. I've got the Tali neckerchief in my collection of classic North Carolina OA.
I saw on Patch-L a message that someone is trying to move a 5,000 piece CSP collection. If you are looking to buy a whole lot of cloth shoot me an email and I'll connect you with the seller.
The sale I am running today in my eBay store is on Council Activity Issues of which I have over 1,600 listed. You can get almost all of them for less than $4 this weekend with this sale.
I am going to talk to the man at the antique store in Lumberton today about downsizing my booth. Ever since I expanded it's been a struggle to make enough to pay the rent so I'm going to see about squeezing back down to a smaller size that can pay for itself. I met a gentleman there this week to do a patch deal so in some ways the space has other perks.
