Hello to ALL Converge Northwest Administrative Assistants:

Just stopping by your INBOX to say HI and to wish you a Happy Friday!   I have enjoyed touching base with some of you over the last year and I wanted to bring the following 2 things to your attention before time flies by...

First, if you haven't already completed it, please click on the link below and complete the Survey that our President, Scott Ridout, has asked all Converge churches to complete.  This helps keep the district offices AND the national office up-to-date.   Please take a few minutes and check this off your list - and maybe we will be the first district to finish this project!  

Secondly, please see the block below regarding our Converge Northwest Administrative Assistant Retreat!   This Retreat is all about YOU and your calling in the church!  This will be our 6th time to gather for rest, encouragement, teaching and learning from each other.  For those of you who are new to your very important position as the Assistant to the Pastor and/or Staff of your church, we believe we are a unique group with an unspoken creed to: 
        1. Serve Honorably;
        2. Work Compassionately;
        3. Protect Fiercely; and
        4. Lead Humbly.
I promise this refreshing Retreat, in the beautiful setting of our own camp, Lake Retreat, will only build you up and send you home with a renewed sense of God's unique call on your life!

A Letter from our President!
Dear Converge Church Admins: 
 
I am personally writing this letter in the hope that you will help your church, district and our national office become more effective in helping people meet, know and follow Jesus.

By sharing your up-to-date pastoral information and church statistics with the district and national office, you will assist us in seeing the helpful trends of our churches as well as take advantage of the opportunities God provides for us. For example, one new part of this survey is the request to know which countries each church has established a missions presence or partnership. Having this information from all of our 1280+ churches allows us to identify potential collaborations in those countries that will result in advancing the gospel. Sharing baptism, attendance and other stats allows us to have a corporate celebration of what God is doing. Updated staff information allows us to communicate more effectively the opportunities for training/collaboration as well as vital information with each church.

The district and national office wish to partner with your church to start and strengthen more churches together worldwide. Will you please take the time to give us accurate up-to-date information by completing the Survey at this Link:
