It is hard to believe that this will be our FIFTH time gathering for networking, fun, food, relaxation, refueling, chocolate and refreshment!  But, you ALL need to know that I believe this year is going to top them all!  I am so excited to announce that the following women will be joining us from our Converge Home Office in Orlando:   

Christine Kolb, Executive Administrator and Director of Events, returns with her vast experience, expertise and heart for ministry. She will not only be partnering with me in leading our retreat again, but she will be sharing in one of our sessions about the "Top Ten Things You Want Your Boss to Know."
Christine has been married to Peter for 36 years, has two daughters, two sons-in-law, and two + three fabulous grandsons!   (Ask her to see photos!)

Allison Hurtado is Converge's Staff Writer and Contributing Editor. She writes for the Converge Worldwide website, Point Magazine and contributes to the social media strategy. Before joining the Converge team in February 2014, she was an associate producer for WESH 2 News, the NBC affiliate in Orlando. Allison has also worked for GolfChannel.com and digital marketing agencies. She lives in Orlando with her husband Josh, and their rescued dog Ellie.  Allison will be leading a session on Social Media and Connections.  

Carla Lenox is the Executive Assistant for Scott Ridout, our new President  of Converge.  She served as a church Admin for seven years, working for a pastoral team; as well as serving three years as bookkeeper/officemanager/administrator for another church.  Carla has been married to Darryl for 29 years and they have two sons, David and Devin, along with two pups, Bella and Mia.  She
will be sharing her heart during our devotional times and is excited to meet all of you!  

ALSO ~~ Leslie Reed, will be joining us again to lead us in our worship times!!!

CNW PASTORS AND LEADERS:
 
YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT(s) is your most important team player in your church and ministry! It's time to TREAT her (or them)  to a Retreat designed just for them.  She will be encouraged, pampered, refreshed and reminded how important she is in the Body of Christ.  Each Admin will also be able to talk with their peers about the challenges they face, as well as sharpen their skills and/or discover new skills that will only benefit them, but also You, and the congregation they serve!
