I am writing this letter because I feel compelled to give you a more personal side of why I would like you to attend Transform Network Gathering in Garden Grove, California, January 19-22. I have attended these gatherings as a pastor almost every year. I feel Transform is our most valuable tool in Converge to equip pastors and strengthen churches for the day-to-day grind of ministry.  

Transform is:

• Our best networking meeting. Leaders from around the country come together to start relationships, share resources and leverage experiences. This year's Transform meeting has an unprecedented number of focus groups based on both ministry position and church size to make sure conversation is relevant to your needs.
• Our best training meeting. While we believe we have many great pastors in Converge, experience shows us the group outthinks the individual every time. Leaders come equipped with their best issues, practices and products to share with the group. Each focus group is facilitated by a fellow practitioner who may be a step or two ahead of the group in order to give each conversation the context and direction it needs to move everyone forward.
• Our best breakthrough meeting.
  Year after year we hear stories of pastors who were equipped and rejuvenated by their time with other leaders, and have received just what they need to experience a breakthrough in their ministry or personal life. As a result they keep coming back.
