Happy New Year ... hope this first update in 2013 finds you well and staying active! Winter here in the Northeast has been showing us some extremes, but so far not much (jinx!, jinx!) travel or running impact.

ChiRunning Study!

A recent 1-year scientific study at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill shows what ChiRunners have known all along ... that the ChiRunning technique results in less impact, softer landings and reduces overstriding when compared with three other common styles of running. This is great scientific validation showing the benefits of ChiRunning.

 

ChiRunning in Runner's World!

- In the March Issue ... an article on ChiRunning! This is the first time ChiRunning has been featured in Runner's World. This is more great validation that the discussion is shifting more and more towards technique to reduce injury and increase efficiency. As many of you know, I found this unique resource called ChiRunning a number of years ago.
