In the Loop!

Since 2006, when AYMN was founded we have grown on multiple fronts. We now count approximately 250 organisations as registered members; we have a biannual national conference, a set of regularly reviewed and updated national benchmarks, we are working with state governments to develop and implement mentoring frameworks and we have delivered a series of mentor program specific factsheets, training courses and networking opportunities. We also look at the impact of mentoring on mental health outcomes for children in foster care, mentoring experiences and outcomes for youth with different risk profiles, whether mentoring reduces risk for siblings of gang members and the influence of meeting time on academic outcomes.
